Payment
All payments are done securely via Paypal and we accept all major credit cards. Carl August retain the rights to change the prices at any time.

Warranty
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty cover manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Carl August will not be held responsible for any damages or malfunctions as a result of accidents, abnormal use, incorrect use, negligence or general lack of care. To use our warranty please send us an email stating the problem, order number and name.

Shipment
We offer international shipping to all of our customers. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours from time of purchase. Make sure that you fill the shipment form correctly before completing an order.

 Returns
Any return of a damaged or faulty order will be covered by Carl August. All other returns will be payed for by the customer. All returns must be carefully packaged. Regarding returns we follow the recommendations of the Board of Consumer Complaints.

Other
Carl August reserve the right to change prices, terms and conditions and any wrong information. Carl August have the right to refuse any order at any time.
